Truffle Hat & Bon Bon Gloves: $50 - 2 Sessions

Wednesday 1/3/18 from 6:00 - 8:00 PM and Sunday 1/7/18 from 1:00 - 3:00 PM

Come join in to make this adorable fashion-forward beanie called Truffle and the matching fingerless mittens. The lacy pattern winds up giving the hat a feeling of tiny cables. But it’s really a simple 5 stitch by 5 row pattern that’s easy to learn and remember. This beanie will surely be a hit with any high school or college aged girl on your gift list. Make one for yourself while you’re at it. A supply list to make the hat as shown will be available in the shop when you sign up. However, we will spend the first few minutes of the class picking out yarn for your project. Each student will also receive patterns for a matching cowl and fingerless gloves.

This technique greatly reduces the movement of the arms and reduces chances for repetitive stress injuries. Bring some scrap yarn and needles or buy a new project to try out this different way of knitting!

Leg Warmers: $25 - 1 Session

Sunday 2/11/18 from 1:00 – 3:00 PM

These stylish legwarmers will be perfect to keep your legs (or those of someone else special) toasty this winter. Wear them over tights or leggings or even over pants or jeans. You can also add some techniques to your set of skills if you don’t have experience with cable knitting or knitting bobbles. A supply list to make the legwarmers will be available in the shop when you sign up. If you would like to take this class come in before class time, if possible, to pick out yarn for your project and get the supply list which will let you know what yarn and needles you’ll need, but also get you started on the project. If you are able to cast on and get the ribbing done before class, there will be more time for me to help you with the pattern. Skill Level: Experienced Beginner

Rainbow Entrelac Cowl: $25 - 1 Session

Sunday 2/25/18 from 1:00 – 3:00 PM

This colorful beauty looks as if it would be very difficult to knit. However, if you can pick up stitches, you can make it. Join me to knit this striking entrelac cowl. It looks as if it's knit in the round. But, even though it's joined in a circle, it's actually knit in alternate knit and purl rows. Any multicolored yarn with long color intervals will look fabulous.
